I didn't always have structured and inspiring mornings, healthy habits with my food (even as a nutritionist, yes!), or a rock solid body image. It took my own personal journey to realize that my degree didn't teach me everything. That getting results for myself, and my clients, meant I had to have a deeper understanding of my days, mindset, and beliefs around food.
My superpower is helping women, like you, unlock the best version of themselves by challenging their food rules so that they can make happy, feel good progress on their health & wellness journey
4 years ago, I took a leap of faith and left my job as a nutritionist in a doctor's office without a backup plan. I wanted to help women in my community heal their relationship with food, and hit their goals without the crazy restrictions. To help women create inspiring mornings that empowered them before they even stepped foot outside of their house for the day. From there, SHEtrition was born. And now, 4 years later, I've helped almost 3,000 women on their journey to true, sustainable, feel good weight loss, and powerful, life-changing morning routines.

I'm just a small town
I started in a not-so-great space. My days were unproductive, at times just sheer lazy and overwhelming, which led to spirit crushing bouts with anxiety, overwhelm and weight gain. It wasn't until I changed my diet, my routines, and habits that my life completely transformed.
